I have been using Aircel for the past 2 years because of its low cost 3G plan. It also has low call rate and FTT plans.


Everything was fine when one day they deducted Rs. 15 unkowingly and said same kind of VAS have been activated. I called the customer care, they said ok your complaint have been recorded and your money will be refunded within next 48 hrs. Add to my problems the complaint msg also did not come.


As 48 hrs passed by I again called the customer care and explained what happened but they said that the money is refunded within 72hrs after the complain and told me to wait. Seriously WTF two customer care representatives says two different things. I asked them to transfer the call to their seniors but they refused for that also.


After 72hrs also I didn't got the refund so I again called the customer care. The cc told me that money is refunded in 48hrs only and as the money is not refunded would you like to file a complain. I thought to myself what the hell is going on, he will file complain of my complain. I finally said yes and till now I haven't got the refund.


Aircel is good but the problem is that money is deducted frequently and sometimes it is not refunded.
