Hi,


I am Shrikanth. I was charged unnecessarily by Aircel mentioning that I had used Whatsapp services, before activating 3G. But before activating 3G plan I had opted a combo package in which 1 GB of 2G data was available.


Now the point is when I have asked to activate 3G it took 48hrs of time. During this time I used 2G signals data and now I was charged more. Please suggest what to do?

Please help me to come out of this additional burden of 2.4k.
