I am writting this review from my personal experience. I am a user of Aircel from so many years.
It is hereby informed to you that my balance Rs 29 got deducted on 03 Dec 2017 for some internet pack from my number 97167617xx and this Number is present in a small phone of Nokia in which there is no internet facility, So why should I activate any internet pack ?
I DON’T ACTIVATED ANY PACK FROM MY END. AIRCEL CALL CENTRE ALWAYS REMAIN ON BUSY MODE.
I am not able to get connected with customer care of Aircel because customer care number is always on busy mode and no representative is present there to provide adequate resolution.
They don’t REFUNDED my balance Rs 29, In next few days I just want to port my number in other service provider who can give better service once the balance in Aircel become Zero.
There internet facility is also worst class in whole world. Never activate any internet of Aircel otherwise you will waste your money. Network of Aircel become vanished in my hometown village of Azamgarh. I have to use Vodafone there to call anyone.
I am not going to recommend Aircel to others.
