Hi my dad has been using aircel for past 4 years. When it comes to postpaid plans the calls rates and message rates are high. After changing it to prepaid plans. The booster rates are also costly.
The worst part is customer care. As we have changed from postpaid to perpaid plans. There is no proper service provided by them. They use to say the number have not got updated to perpaid service. So its very difficult even to unsubcribe sny services.
Then comes the network properly. In most part network is very bad.
