Hey.
I flew in this, nice experience I had. Service render by them was appreciated. Food was also good. A warm welcome and then helping to settling down was appreciated. Seat was good but leg spacing is not adequate, otherwise it is comfortable.
Cleanliness is not that good and ii will be better if they provide some magazines or newspaper for time pass. Nothing to say about check in counter, the routine delay and confusions and not punctual also, got delayed.
I didn't have any problem, but people who comes with lot of expectation will defenetly get disappointed.
