My expirence with air india had remain very good, As I have to travel regularly to delhi to bangluru and bangluru to delhi.
Check in counter is very helpful every time, proper checking system .
Proper seat gaps.
Provide more luggage in weight around 30 to 40 kg. Which is more than any other flight.
And one more thing I want to add that air india
Take off and landing is more smoother than other airlines.
