I feel this review is:
Third class Airlines. Better avoid booking. It is worst than Air India. The check-in counter and its own staff in Chennai were fighting Air India versus Air India Express. The Manager on duty Girish was very casual and enjoying the fight. Filthy and unkept aircraft with flies and mosquitoes. Probably worst than Somalia Airlines. I was travelling by AI 9671 which Air India Express operated by Air India. Such Airlines are tarnishing the image of the country
