Hi friends, I did travel 4-5 times by airlines. But my worst experience was happened with air astana. Last month I travel Delhi to Omnsk, which is small city of Russia. I was got cheapest tickets. So I was bought it. It was very long duration flight about 23 hrs. Transit system is very bad. No self check in kiosk is working at delhi airport. Then at kyrgyzstan airport I did not get my meal at time. Including me there were only 4 passengers left in the airport for the flight tp omnsk. But no employees of airlines were known about us. Then when the plane departed from there we get food. Next thing was in flight there was very small legspace. Employees were very rude. So I suggest avoid this airlines and safe journey.
