Booked from Ahmedabad airport to Abu road at 12:30 pm so that me and my family would have enough time to eat something and then catch this cab. Flight was scheduled to land 11 am. The driver called me and extremely sweetly proposed to be there by 10:45 am itself and take us for meals as if he would do this as a nice help to us. He said don't worry there will not be any extra charge etc. The total bill was supposed to be approx. Rs. 2700 but when we reached the destination he asked for almost Rs. 1000 more! He had included 22 Kms more and waiting time of 2 Hrs(all because of our meals!).
With great difficulty I found their customer care number as it is not on their website! After calling that number multiple times also, no response! Dropped a short email on my dissatisfaction and request to cancel my return with them, No response yet on the dissatisfaction but cancellation is done.:-)
