It is situated in bengali ghat in mathura, I went to this hotel and I found worst quality of room interms of cleanliness of the rooms and bad facilities.
Room Quality
Room quality of this hotel was pathetic, room was very dirty, mosquitoes were there, bed linen was very dirty, no hot water was there. Lots of dust were placed in all the rooms.
Guest Services
Guest service of this hotel was very pathetic, I gave the complain to the reception about all that and no one came to rectify.
Food And Presentation
I did not eat the food of this hotel but I heard about the food those guests who had the dinner and they were told to me food was worst of worst quality.
Ambience
Ambience of this hotel was pathetic , I found lots of mosquitoes were flying in all the hotel, no hot water in the room, I found lots of dust were in all over the hotel.
Value For Money
This hotel is not good value for money, I spend Rs 700 per room night and for my bike parking I had paid Rs 100 means I had paid for this hotel approx Rs 1000 and I did not get the good quality of room and services, si I felt my monet went to the dustbin.
