Hi travelers,
I would share with you my experience of stay Treebo Trend Iris Studotel.
The room:
The photos on the site are photoshoped. So, plz do not believe, they are even not close to the reality. The room they have given to me was like a driver's room which hotels provide to the guests drivers on free of cost. They haven't given a chair and table to sit, corners of the room was dirty. Mirrors in room were full of dirty spots. Spacially almira was very dirty from inside and out side as well. So, did not use that I kept my cloth on the bed only. Pillows, pillows covers, bedsheet were old and withered. I asked to the receptionist to change my room but they have not change it and told we don't have another room of this segment. If you want to upgrade it will be chargeable and you have to ask fron Agoda. I was tired of whole day travel I have decide to sleep in filth.
However, during the whole night I was bitten by the mosquitoes. And second day of my stay again I asked them to change my room and i got the same story.
The toilet:
The toilet jet was faulty, no basic toileteris provided, towels was too old withered. And second day in the bathroom there was no hot water to bath.
The Agoda:
First of all, never book a hotel in India from Agoda. Because they're not responsible for anything except money. I mailed all the issues to Agoda on the very same day but they haven't responded yet.
The hotel restaurant:
Cutlery was was of cheap plastic old. You wouldn't like to eat them. The breakfast menu was okay manageable. It could be better i an not comparing with the star rating hotels.
Dinner:
I asked for dinner, thre are no items available which were in manu. I asked them four phulka they have given good quality two phulka afterwards, rest was given two me was not good.
Worst experience with the Hotel and the Booking site that is Agoda ...
Now choice is yours you want to experience the same. Or will learn worst experience of mine...??
