Agneepath was the most awaiting movie of 2012 & finally it comes with a huge blast. Agneepath is the film of Karan Johar's Dharma productions. The star cast is Hrithik Roshan playing the lead role of Vijay Deenanath Chauhan, Sanjay Dutt in the role of Kancha & Rishi Kappor as Rauf Lala. Priyanka Chopra as the female lead. The film has collected Rs.25 crore in just the day of release. The story starts in a Village called Mandwa, a small island near Goa. Vijay is the son of Deenanath Chauhan who is a school teacher. Vijay is very much aggressive & his father always explains him not to be aggressive & concentrate on Karma. The very famous poem narrated by his father is my favorite. Following are the lines:

Then enters the velain Sanjay Dutt as Kancha, the son of the village head. Sanjay Dutt's avtar is very much viscious & is very much huge & scary. He is depicted as a maniac who cannot bear to see his ugly face in the mirror. His dialogue

is just awesome.The character of Kancha well suits Sanjay Dutt's personality. Kancha was trying to influence the villagers & conquer their land & village Mandwa & Vijay's father knew his intention & so he guides the villagers not to sell their land to Kancha. In revenge Kancha puts a false blame on Vijay's Father & he cruelly kills him.Vijay tries to save his father but being a child he could not help much & saw his father being killed by Kancha. They were boycotted from the village & due to which he & his mother have to leave the village & move to mumbai.
Vijay lives with a revenge to kill Kancha & grows to achieve this aim. His pregnantmother delivers a baby girl. Her name is Shiksha. Vijay finds the shelter of Rauf Lala( Rishi
Kapoor) who is a big smuggler & don. Rishi Kapoor's performance is commentable. So his mother leaves him as he is in wrong company of Rauf Lala. He becomes his right hand. Hrithik Roshan's(Vijay) entry running to hit the dahihandi is just mindblowing. Priyanka Chopra is the female lead as Kali who loves Hrithik.He misses his family & his sister Shiksha. Gun Gun gauna re song is in that scene. Hrithik earns full trust of Rauf Lala by saving his son's life but later on he kills him to conquer the empire.
He tries to contact Kancha by his game of mind & finally Kancha calls him to Mandwa.Chikni Chameli song is the welcome song to Hrithik. Katrina's dance is outstanding. He asks Mandwa from Kancha & Kancha also beats him vigorously. Then both of them make a deal of Kancha will handover Mandwa to Vijay & Vijay will handover Mumbai to Kancha.Vijay returns back to Mumbai. Here Rauf Lala kidnaps shiksha & tries to sell her. Hrithik comes there & kills Rishi Kapoor. Then Shiksha understands that Vijay is his brother & she comes to meet him in his place. Abhi tu mujhme baki hai is the song in that scene.
Shree Ganesha is the song depicting Ganesh festival. It is a nice song. He saves the police inspector from the attack of Kancha's source. He marries Kali(Priyanka Chopra) but Kancha's people kills her on the day of marriage. Then Vijay decides to attack Kancha & take revenge of his father's death & wife's death.

The music direction is of Ajay Atul & they have done a very good job. Background music is also very nice.
All I can say is the film is full of violence & action. Sanjay's performance is applauding. This years Best Actor in a negative Role is only & only of Sanjay Dutt.
This is a must watch movie. Highly Recommended.
