I have taken services from Agarwal Packers and Movers at least 8-10 times and the services were excellent until this time when I moved my belongings from Bangalore to Delhi. I would like to say this is the worst experience anyone can have. Their services were horrible in the following areas:
1.Quality of packing - The packing has become worst in terms of material used. Not only lot of the articles were found damaged but also spoiled due to tape markings on modular furniture, scratches on the Refrigerator, washing machine, beds, almirahs, etc.
2.Customer Service: It is like one person on phone blames another person and your work does not get done. I almost missed my flight due to delay and coordination issues even though my packing was one day and material movement was the following day in the morning.
3.They promise to disassemble your goods and assemble, a team who unpacked did a horrible job and promised the carpenter will come next day for whom I am still waiting.
4.Again it seems it is a customer problem to register a complaint to get the carpenter and claim for the good which they charge handsomely. I paid for the insurance of the goods.
5.Anyway after registering the complaint I have received an email to send photos and all the documents which are their documents. No solutions yet and I am giving up with one lesson that never uses Agarwal Packer and Movers(Original with the photograph of their MD)
6.Also my car which I badly need came pretty quickly but getting it delivered to me took 2 full days and 10's of a telephone call on one of which their Customer Service person literarily shouted at me. It seems they take 1 full day for paperwork, 1 full day to get the car unloaded from the container, and 1 full day to get it delivered to the customer.
I think if I keep on writing, I can write multiple pages about the ordeal I have been through but I would not like to waste my time. This review is just to make people aware of them.
Also after all this, whatever you call it - incomplete shifting could happen after 100's phone calls and hours of time wasted on Agarwal by me. I would recommend that if the MD of the company sees this review should remove his picture from all paper and packing material since the company and its employees are bringing shame to him.
I will be happy to give detailed feedback with names of all involved if the company really wants to improve and I receive a call from someone really senior in the organisation.
It's being more than 10 days since I was not able to settle down in my house because of on horrible service by Agarwal Packers and Movers Ltd.(with a picture of their MD on all packing material)
I would go ahead and tell all my friends who are in the private sector not to use their services ever again.
