My daughter shifted from Bangalore to Pune. Unfortunately, almost every item in the luggage was damaged. Edges of expensive tables were broken.
Washing machine was damaged. Scratches and small minor damage on almost everything. Worst thing was that they did not respond to our calls and did not offer to pay any compensation even though the luggage was insured. When we called first they said they will pay a measly ?2000 for the damage. We said it was too little. After that they refused to pick up our calls. We also wrote to the head office. No response.
Never use Agarwal Packers and Movers. Keep away from these cheats.
