I wanted to transport my grand i10 car from mumbai to bangalore so I took quotes from many packers, they quoted the highest 13 thousand rupees, every one said that agarwal is the best so I opted for them knowing that the quoted price is high, but my car will be safe and sound
But what I suffered was a heart brake, they extended the delivery date by 2 days, then also I was fine, but what they did was unethical, I received my car as it was .after driving it for 10 kms I found that all the brake discs and brake pads were weared off, my car had run only 6100 kms, so wearing off the brake pads was not a possibility as I asked the hyundai people they said it wears off if you drive between 20, 000 - 25, 000 kms
I had to pay Rs. 8500 for the brake changes, the car was making creaking noises, and the metal was in contact all the time when my car was running. I wrote them mails that you people have done this .but no reply from there side . so I tell you guys that dont ever opt for these cheaters, they are worst in the industry
