I have booked my goods (2BHK) 78 Items and scooter UP16BZ4162 through Agarwal Pack N Move from Noida, UP to Harda, MP.Contact person Ajay- 957919XXXX photos will be shared
The deal was fixed at a cost of 41,200 door-to-door packings and unpacking with a delivery time of 3-4 days with a separate vehicle and GST insurance extra.
Issues:
Number 1: The pickup vehicle was expected to come on 27th March 2021 at 12:30 PM same arrived at 6:00 PM on 27th due to which I need to cancel my reservation back to hard causing me loss of 800 Rs. PNR 2865109844 for reference.
Number 2: New inexperienced employees aged 14-16yrs were sent for packing which caused day led packing till 3 AM in the morning.
Number 3: Insufficient packing material due to which multiple houses hold items were packed incompletely and multiple were loaded unpacked and goods were taken on 28th March 2021 3:00 AM through vehicle HR55AC7938 owner Anil - 0886099XXXX.
Number 4: My Activa 125 scooter (UP16BZ4162 along with Helmet and keys) was not packed and was driven to the warehouse by his employee Ashish 0844720XXXX photo will be shared.
Number 5: It was asked to me make full payment only then the goods will be transported and the bill of 51, 616 was raised which was paid by me through UPI transaction ID 108716437964 on 28th March itself but goods were not transported on the said date. Later on, after 20-30 unanswered calls, it was communicated to me by Ajay that goods have been transported on 1st April 2021 and the Driver number shared as 755916XXXX Driver who was also not answering calls.
Number 6: On the 2nd of April 2021 it was communicated Ajay that the vehicle has got breakdown near Guna MP and there will be a delay of a day or two. But after this, the person Ajay stopped picking my calls after multiple requests he was not answering on call as well on WhatsApp chats attached.
On 4th April Ajay told him he will be sending another vehicle and goods will be diverted to be picked from the breakdown vehicle and will be delivered the next day but nothing of such happened.
Number 7: On 5th April I received a call from transporter Pramod (Aryan Packers and Movers) 8700261978 that they have received all the goods of mine except my scooter Activa 125 (UP16BZ4162) and the same is being used by Ajay due to which he is unable to transport goods and if a scooter is not handed over it will be further delayed after communicating this to Ajay and his Seniors (0932561XXXX) and customer care Payal Tanwar (917561XXXX) it was told same will be handed over tomorrow but has not been handed over till date.
On requesting Mr. Pramod he has sent our goods except for scooter (delivered on 8th April 2021) and most of the products are damaged and missing (photos and list attached) causing me a loss or delay due to which I need to stay in a hotel (stay cost 10,000) and well-repairing cost of around 10,000-12,000.
Now after calling multiple numbers mentioned on the website of the company agarwalpacknmove.in all are disconnecting calls and not giving response also my Scooter Acitva (UP16BZ4162 along with white Helmet and keys) is with the company I have fear they have done something wrong to the scooter.
