Had the worst purchase experience with Agaro Regency Air Fryer 12L. Bought it just 6 months ago and it has been a nightmare.
It stopped working just 2 weeks after I bought it. I contacted the customer service and they sent technicians only after delaying for over a week. Now the issue has started once again the air fryer would suddenly stop working. Apart from these the metallic parts have started rusting, which was shocking for me. After 6 months of buying the product the poor build quality of the brand is pretty apparent.
I tried contacting the customer service but to no avail. They don't seem interested in helping me. They have been giving me false promises of sending a technician but no one ever shows up. They couldn't give any sort of help.
The Air Fryer is still under warranty but the Agaro doesn't seem to care. I even asked for service centers near me, so that I could personally visit them, but it turns out they do not have any service centers. They are actually running a home appliances business without any service centers. When a product breaks, they want us to make a video and send it to them. And then they fool us and inform us that the part is not covered under warranty. It's a truly horrible experience. You cannot take the product to anyone for a diagnosis or examination.
And their online team takes weeks to respond to a complaint. How can a brand be so careless in their operations and handling of customers. I am never buying anything from them again. This Air Fryer cost me around 10k, now it feels like an absolute waste of money.
