I feel this review is:
They first assure you that they are going to parcel your thing at said time but they do n't hold up their promises parcelling or delivering your product or thing in some another time the time which they have not mentioned earlier and also the time when the person they are supposed to deliver to isn't home instead he is out at work or not home so they give the parcel to the neighbours or they just give it to a security guard.
