Hi! today I would like to share my views on adonis labs pvt. ltd.As the name suggests it is the name of a greek god but certainly there is nothing godly about it be it the products or as a career in the company.this company started its operations in the year 1980 and is owned by shah-bajaj group which has many big companies and this co obviously has a stepmotherly attitude from the owners which is evident from the meager growth it has achieved over thirty eight years which is not even twenty crores!while tits contemporary companies has grown to leaps and bounds.The company is thriving on its age old products lke servil cough syp and arden(paracetamol) range which cannot match the quality of the best brands.This company do not posses its own manufacturing unit also.The management is not all concerned with the growth of the company and still managing its turnover through the sales of some states namely westbengal, the north east, bihar, jharkhand and orissa where it gets ninety percent of its sales and sparingly some sales from m.p, c.g, rajasthan, tamilnadu, a.p&telegana it is obvious what should be the volume of sales with such a meager turnover.As a career in this company it will take one to nowhere as there is no able dynamic ceo and stability of job is always at stake barring a few states where there is sales.Adonis is a co poorly based on marketing strategy and their is very limited career prospect as the rank of this company is almost at the bottom of the list of all pharma companys in India, i would strongly recommend in my personal opinion not to start one's career in this company.
