My recent purchased Adzen TV got bad, the support person came and then told that motherboard need to be repaired. My ticket no is HYAZ2506190001. Its been a month now its not repaired. I spent 40k to buy it. I made repeated calls to bangalore with no result. It seems the service is horrible. I am now going to consumer forum. I wonder if there is any way I get it resolved. I visited to their local dealer, they are so casual in approach. They even cant contact with central office. The contact line is all the time closed.
Please resolve this asap. I generally try to promote any small indian companies. But this kind of support & services experience is fatal for business.
