Money wasteI booked a ticket in Kathgodam shatabdi ex. on 31/8/24 with Adani one train booking online and paid Rs. 973/ for CC from Kathgodam to Delhi. I opted for window seat but that is also not provided. However many window seats were vacant in the coach while boatding and remained vacant till the end of journey. All passangers booked a ticket from IRCTC or other booking apps with similar rates, provided breakfast , tea and meal during the travell . But I have been refused by the coach attendent by asking that meal is not there in my ticket. I felt cheated and harrassed a lot. And had to buy each and everything .Hence sugesting for not book any ticket through Adani one app. Highly not recommended it's very harassing. There is no response on chat also.
