It is purely marketing company does not care once you pay the money for any service, they will not lift your call, once in while if they receive they do not answer you properly, Even local branches are not allowed to give more information, I would say it is like barber shop, Even doctors has not been valued over there. My suggestion to all, kindly keep away from Active roots, there are many other good hospital available please try them.
