Dear ACT Fibernet Customer Support, I have taken connection just a month and half ago. Out of 40 days I faced outage for around 11 days. After installation you didn't care to activate connection for 10+ days. So essentially, in my 50 days of association with you, 20 days were a complete wash. While whole world is trying to achieve 99.999% availability, your availability is mere 60%. Since I have paid 6 months bill in advance, so I am stuck with you:-(


Just curious to understand a bit about your tag line "Incredibly Fast". Do you really understand what it means?


My internet just went off, when I really needed to dial into an important meeting. I tried to report a complaint to your local support person, he said he doesn't serve customers post 6 PM. I have taken connection at home and I use internet after I come back from office, which is post 6 PM. Are you saying that you don't support home internet users, who generally use internet after office hours.


Local support guy also asked me to register a complaint with Customer care. I thought let me give this a try and I called customer care. I was in the queue for 5 mins then 10 mins. 15 minutes and it continued .finally I disconnected. When your ground force is not working then why the hell call center would. Well this is your Incredibly fast customer service. You deserve huge round of applause for the same.


Your call center was advertising your mobile app in the same call. So I thought let me try your mobile app. But guess what it works only on your internet connection. because your "Incredibly slow" app requires "Incredibly fast" network. App took forever to start and shamelessly it kept showing lightning logo for 10 minutes. Your call center says, "use ACT app to lodge customer complaint". well for that your app should work on a decent 4G network.


Finally somehow I register a complain through your app - Complaint number - 10134118181. Let see your incredibly fast service to resolve this complaint.


Please get your ACT together and move from INCREDIBLY FAST -> INCREDIBLY RELIABLE
