Long story short, I had disconnected my interest service which was registered in my wife's name. The account number was 103816513520 and the service was disconnected on the 30 th of May 2022. ACT had promised me a refund of INR 5, 063.00 and after numerous calls and emails I have yet to get back my refund. How do I escalate the same to ACT management as most of their emails( Management of ACT) seem out of order. I have the full case history on file. Appreciate any assistance in this matter. Suffice to say that ACT is very unprofessional whilst dealing with customers.
