I have chosen for 6 months service and whereas around 2 weeks it was not working and they continued 7th month service without getting any approval from customer end and again 10 days was not working in 7th month. in between I raised ticket 3 times and all the time tickets were closed without checking whether the net is working or not. without any waive off of above nonworking period, I was forced to pay to continue with connection, .i Paid. Again I raised ticket y'day for the internet not working for 3 days, they closed ticket today without thought internet was not working. It is one of the pathetic support and service by this company and they gain more money by not giving service at least 3 to 4 days in a month.
which is completely unacceptable and their customer care people say we will revert in 24 hrs / 48 hrs / 72 hrs.but no one turns back to customer. this is a real experience which you may be on same page.
I WOULD STRONGLY PROPOSE AVOID THIS BRADBAND SERVICE AT ALL.
