I paid the bill via Act App from mobile using google Pay, UPI on 15 may, 2019. buy today date 19 may, still act saying they not received the amount.
When I called customer care, they saying we dont have UPI payment, but they have UPI id for bill desk.
They cant check the mail, what we send to customer care.
They dont have proper setup provide good service.
I sent screenshot of payment, still no response.
this is month I planning to disconnect the connection and stop using the ACT for ever and my friends dont go for it
