Very poor experience. Absolutely bad customer services, no timely response.
My last yearly plan had a billing due date of July 15th. On 10th I sent an email to change to monthly plan but there was absolutely no response for it but only disconnection messages.
On 14th July i paid 16779 towards act storm 12m+2+25gb plan after threats of disconnection. On 24th suddenly act wakes up and without even consulting me or checking the last payment they changed my plan to monthly which was requested on 10th July even before paying the bill. On 29th with lot of difficulty i got it changed back to original plan of 12m+2+25gb after calling their customer care multiple times.
And now they have send me another bill for payment from 1st to 29th and asks me to pay it or they will disconnect when the plan was changed only between 24th to 29th July exactly 5 days. Any response I gave to this was never addressed.
My worst decision was to go with this provider. Internet is also not great. Looking at cancelling their services and going with some other broadband. Had used Airtel for many years with no issues. Just that they didn't serve my area at the time I moved to this house.
My humble request would be to stay away from Act if you need peace of mind.
