Last whole month I wasted to get a connection from ACT. The sales person who came to my house to collect the document and cheque didn't respond well after that. Even he was not clear that connection was not possible for my house, still he took all the documents. And I have to call everyday for 3-4 times to get the status. After that also it didn't happen. So finally I requested for refund. Its been more than 20 days and I haven't received my money back, every week they are saying you will get it in 3-4 days. Now they are telling it takes 15 days to get refund.
I must say I don't know about the quality of ISP, but in terms of customer services, I had very bad experience with ACT broadband.
