We are utilizing Act broadband since from one year.The web is speed and it is great until and unless if there does not happen any issue. The principle disadvantage of this broadband is it has extremely poor client service.If there happen any issue we need to make various calls and they will take over seven days to repair it.I just got aggravated and nourished up by this client service.In this one year, I confronted issue for two times. Interestingly, the issue was with wiring I simply call the client think and whined about the issue they said that their man will go in close vicinity to 48 hours to determine the issue.But they came after one week.Next time I can't sign in Act broadband record even after the bill payment.Again I rang the administration individuals they came following 5 days it settled it .They said that it was because of some specialized problem.The Act broadband administrations are excessively costly only for net speed we are utilizing this broadband however not commendable. I would not prescribe this Broadband in view of its poor client benefit. Thankyou.
