For a 50Mbps subscription, this report says 5 Mbps!:

The support team just do not respond to emails and to any concerns raised from their portal. They used to be active one year earlier.
Saddest:
speedtest.net always reports 50Mbps, which is deceiving.
Looking ahead:
Time to move on I guess - there were some sparks with ACT before.
All over I believe.
Update 9th October 2015
No update from the ISP yet other than random phone calls from entry level support team and random tweets asking for my contact. Confirms the fact they are clueless on how what to do with low browsing speeds.
Another observation is the high number of ACT connections in my apartment. Perhaps ACT should look at upgrading the hardware - switch/router within the apartment premise.
