ACT is a good broad band service in sahakarnagar , the promise 1: 1 speed whic they deliver , how ever the have a drak side
they say TAT for any issue is 4 hrs but take 42-72 hrs
pricing is 15% higher than local ISP
U cant downgrade your plan any time after bill cycle , it can hapen only on tje BILL CYCLE
You cant downgrade using ur app , need to call customer service
when u call customer service I need to wait for 20 mins just for ur call get disconnected
You miss your bill date to change the plan u pay on old plan rates , its a rofit to ACT
7.They play a very smart game on lan downgrade dont have flexiblaty on downgrading
