I was a customer of this broadband service for 2 years in Bangalore. The service is used by most of the people there but atlast gets dissapointment.
The installation and documentation in the first two days will be very good and you will feel like they take customer service on priority.
Once it gets installed and the connection is being given, one will face frequent outrun of server and sometimes it takes 24hours for them to resolve a complaint against a customer.
I have faced almost everyday with the server issue. I used to call them( customer call center number which is not a toll free) daily during the night and register my complaint and they would come to my area to get it fixed.
This service is not good as compared to the other broadband services in the market.
