I am sharing my worst experience with Acko Health insurance. I do agree the insurance amount is less compare to other companies, but they are claiming process really it’s big hassle. I claimed on 9th July and immediately I got the Ticket generate with Number. Almost a month I am keep on following with Acko customer support and email support. could not see any any response from them only auto generated response I am getting.
Almost after three and half week my claim money has been approved and this is just less than half they are ready to give. When I asked the reason now one week since there is no answer by them they still working with medical team.
I would say the claim process it take minimum a month or more which is really not acceptable.
Compare to other their settlement process just 1 to 2 weeks of time.
