These is the generation of portability and high mobility, and in this era we see many young people moving around with tablets, high end smart phones, notebook, compact laptops.
What I've seen over the years is that more and more people need reviews on laptops, especially the new and high end laptops. Different people have different needs, some need long battery life, easy to use, mobile and cost effective etc
Today I will review a laptop ACER ASPIRE ONE 275 - C61kk, which I had purchased around 8-9 months ago. In short to sum it up, so far so good
As I was bugged of using a desktop which used to hang every now and then, and multiple problems like LAN card getting damaged, motherboard problem etc. I decided to switch to a lappy.
I started reviewing many laptops on different sites and suddenly came across this laptop and its specification and was impressed as there was a huge discount on it also on online shopping portals. Then I browsed for reviews on this laptop and was impressed by the review, hardly any negative reviews and as going through the reviews it seemed to me that the product was reviewed by satisfied customer and everyone mentioned that this product was worth for the money paid.
Somewhere down I was still not convinced even after getting impressed by the reviews that I read. Investigated about this product from many of my high-technical knowledge friends was what gave me the trust in this product.
I browsed through many online shopping portal for the price of this, and found many exciting offers like laptop bags, and more accessories but the risk was not worth ordering online as it was a huge amount so I decided to go with my friend to a electronic shop and buy it from there even if the discounts are not that high.
I did check out many electric zones like croma, future bazaar, etc etc and finally I came across staples, and it offered a discount of about 2000 rupees.
It was a minor difference of 400 rupees as compared to online shopping portals as they were giving a discount of 2400 rupees. But nowadays the frauds of online shopping portals have gone up, and defective products are also delivered so I opted to buy from STAPLES my laptop at a cost of 20,990
Why did I purchase this product?
As I was bugged of desktop and needed mobile device instead of fixed device so opted to buy this laptop and even my desktop were giving many problem, thanks to GOD, as it sold it out for 12000 rupees so buying a new lappy was not that difficult.
Why did I choose this particular product over the others?
As acer was a brand which is gaining popularity rapidly in the markets, and looking at the share I opted for acer as my laptop brand, I considered dell and some more brands also but many of my Office friends told me to go for acer.
And as of till that date I had never had heard anything bad about acer, and 1 more reason why I choose acer was that there was a chance of meeting hrithik roashan in a lucky draw as I am a big fan of him, he is the brand ambassador for acer in india
Things that I liked about this product?
Ease of use : Ever person basic requirement is that the device should be easy to use and very user friendly. Even I wanted my laptop to be very user friendly and easy to use, there is no point in buying something expensive and then finding it hard to use. The fun goes away and the liking towards the product becomes less. When I first handled this laptop at staples, it was a pleasant feeling and it was quite comfortable, well fitted in my hands and not too heavy also. The screen is 11.6'' and its perfect, neither too small nor too big
The laptop is quite user friendly with newly loaded features, like windows 7 and many in-built features. Not only the laptop should be easy to use but also user friendly. A fresh user who has been using xp always finds difficulty using MAC OS, so things can be simplified if guided properly.
Acer aspire one series is quite user friendly and compact
Mobile & Compact : The laptop is quite compact and mobile, One can take and roam anywhere with this laptop.
Its weight is very light as compared to rest laptops, It weights around 2.65 lb so it can be carried in a bag, which one gets as complimentary with laptops. These bags are not mandatory, its complimentary. Hence it depends from dealer to dealer.
High battery life and gets charged quickly : Its a 4-cell Li-ion battery, and the laptop battery is 2600 mAh. The battery last for anywhere around 3-7 hours which completely depends on the use and the activities performed ie multimedia when played, the battery life reduces to 3-4 hours. Still its battery life is good.
Worth : Its better to buy a laptop then a desktop especially which are mobile and high battery life. Its been around 9 months ive been using this laptop and till date I haven't faced a single problem. Its really commendable that being into the 10 month this laptop is still performing like how it did day one.
The performance also hasn't degraded as I supposed it to degrade.
I normally use my laptop for 3-5 hours in a day, that makes it around 36-60 hours a week.
The speed is still the same : The Laptop efficiency and speed of operating is still the same.
Multiple ports also makes it easy for the user to use plug-n-play devices like consoles, pen-drives etc.
Things that I don't like about this product :
As its small, its a bit brittle and to be handled with care, don't let it fall as it can cause the body to become loose. Had faced this problem recently when my laptop fell from my bed and the keyboard panel became a bit loose. But I immediately serviced my laptop and got it fine, and beware as the original body of the laptop is very expensive to buy again and brittle too.
All in all I can say its among the best in its range of 22k and if one is planning to buy a laptop, he/she should surely consider this as one with top most priority
The series of aspire one is bloomed acer's market, records say that
I would say don't go by records, go by the suggestion one gives u after he uses this laptop as I have suggested u.
Still other brands that can be considered is DELL, HCL, TOSHIBA
If u don't prefer acer brand then ur next look should be at Dell and the order in which I've mentioned.

I have acer aspire one 275 in volcanic black color as it looks classy, other colors aren't too bad at all.
Precautions:
Keep away from direct sun-light
Don't let water fall on its keyboard panel
Don't over-charge, once charging is over, remove the charger as the charger gets heated very soon
Don't let the laptop fall on ground, as original panel comes expensive.
Conclusion : This series of laptop are one which are trending these days due to many advantages, and truly satisfied with it, hope things keep going the same way in future to, and 1more thing, do handle it with full care to ensure more durability
