I have wasted 3 months of my life with Ace2three.com. The first month of my joining was fabulous. I received my cash winnings in 5 days no issues with cash deposits nothing at all. But since the second month, all hell broke loose. First, I made a transaction of Rs. 6000 from my saving account to Ace2three.com account. The money got deducted from my bank account, but nothing appeared in the Ace2three.com account. I registered a complaint about this and was told that the issue would be rectified within the week. Nothing actually happened and my Ace2three.com account was inaccessible. I went frantic calling customer care but they informed me that I am not a member of the website, so they cannot help me. This does not make any sense to me and have been calling since to know how will I receive my Rs 6000 and why did my account get closed.
This website has been a complete waste of my time, and I have switched to KhelPlay Rummy.com for playing online games now. The website is much more easy to navigate plus my father has been playing on it since 2 years without complains.
