ACCURATE STEEL is one of the main industries in india. I joined this company early in future career. But the environment in the company is not good. Their HR management was not that great. I have worked here for the few time and found that this company is not for accurate for freshers. The behaviour of the seniors towards the jouniors is not good. Thier work pressure was too high so they transfer thier work to thier juniors. This mean they dont do their work with own responsibilities.
The career growth in the company is very less. The salary payout was also too low. I had not seen anyone getting promotion in the company due to I had to quit the job. The salary and the perks offered to employees is very much low. They dont even pay my salary after 2 months of joining. the customer service is also very bad. They dont care about anyone. Overall it is not a nice place to work. They only need work done anyhow. They only need work like servant according to my experince. Its must be seen by this company management. They never pay your salary in time. So think before joining.
