Since last 2 Years I am working in Accenture. It is a very well known company. We can say Accenture is employee friendly company.
I can say that "THE NAME IS ENOUGH" for this company. I am working in Aroli and I really happy to working hear.
Accenture provide good salary to his employee. If you have any concern then it will definitely get resolved with in a week or 2 week.
let's talk about Job security, Apart from IT sector Accenture has many other process from different sector like Health Care, Logistics etc. If in the case of any process is going to shut down then they can shift their employee to other process.
Working environment is very good about cleanness the desk is always clean and everybody love to work.
Employee Rating system is good and Hard working employee easily get growth.
Companies Management is really good and work of them are really appreciated that's why year on year Remuneration of Accenture is increasing.
