Hi friends, In June, I had brought a pair of loafers from Abof.com. Though they were not from any high profile brand but yet they were looking great in pictures. Color was dark brown & Range was 1499+ 150 shipping.
Firstly estimated delivery time was 5 days but their delivery partner took 7 days to deliver at Jalandhar.
When I opened the product I was actually surprised to see the color of product as it was golden brown.
Contacted the customer support & clicked on return. Though initially customer service representative was not accepting my reason for return but after 1-2 mail exchange he got convinced that there is a color difference.
Moreover there was a difference in design too against what was shown online.
I asked for refund, initially they forced me to take return via coupens but again after exchanging few emails they agreed upon RTGS transfer. It took around 4 days to return & 14 days to get payment back in account.
I just wish if they could get some quality check barrier at retailer end so that they can supervise what is being delivered to customer.
Website is too heavy with HD pictures though it's user friendly as well.
I recommend you to try the same product at other online platforms & keep this abof on somewhat less priority.
