I had an awful experience with my booking from Bangalore to Hyderabad. The bus was supposed to arrive at 10:15 PM, and I arrived early, at 10 PM. I waited 3 hours until 1 AM with no bus or communication. Repeated calls to the bus partner went unanswered, and customer support only told me to wait. Other passengers were equally frustrated, with some considering police complaints. And funny thing is I didn't get a refund also. My money and time both are gone. This app is fraud, be careful.
