My name is Sandeep Bobade. I had booked a ticket from Nagpur to Pune for the 21st. Due to an emergency, I tried to get a refund, but I was informed that a refund was not possible. I then requested to transfer my ticket to the next day, but that was also denied.
Eventually, I traveled on the same day with the ticket. During the journey, the service was extremely poor. The seat condition was bad, and on top of that, rainwater was leaking onto the seat. My seat number was UD18, and the bus service name was Zing Bus.
I urge everyone to be cautious and avoid booking tickets with Zing Bus if these are the policies they follow. The service was disappointing, and I recommend not traveling with them.
