Worst Experience Ever - Unsafe and Unprofessional
I had the most horrifying experience with this bus company. The driver dropped me off one hour before my actual destination in an unknown place and forced me to board a shabby, overcrowded bus. As a solo female traveler, I felt highly unsafe the entire journey. The new bus kept picking up random passengers along the way, and the atmosphere became unbearable, with people using vulgar language.
I immediately tried to contact the bus company through email and phone, explaining that I was stranded on a random bus and felt unsafe. However, I received no help or response from them. The lack of concern and assistance from the company was appalling.
This was an absolute nightmare for me, and I wouldn’t wish this experience on anyone. This company’s lack of professionalism and care for passenger safety is shocking. Avoid at all costs! Worst. Experience. Ever.
