I had a terrible experience with my recent trip. The driver was incredibly rude to passengers who couldn’t make it to the exact pickup location due to unavoidable circumstances. Instead of being helpful or understanding, he spoke harshly and showed no consideration for our situation.Additionally, the driver only communicated in Hindi, which made it difficult for non-Hindi-speaking passengers to understand important information. In a service that caters to people from diverse regions, drivers should be able to speak multiple languages, or at least make an effort to communicate more effectively.This lack of professionalism and empathy is unacceptable. I expect better customer service and language adaptability, especially from the drivers, who play a key role in ensuring a pleasant journey. Definitely reconsidering using this service again.
