I(female) have booked ticket in SMS Tours & Travels through Abhi bus app, when i booking ticket through online it shows only 3 pairs of empty seats ( rest of all were booked), but when I entered the bus I got shocked only man inside the bus with drivers and conductor totally 3 men I'm only the woman thayasked me to go inside and sit, midnight 12 .10 am , I fight with them and I have called abhi bus customer care but no one picked and respond, I informed to my family , they asked meget down from the bus, finally I got down..abhi bus app is very very dangerous app given incorrect information..SMS Bus driver and conductor should have informed me before I enter the bus...it's very scary experience for me god's grace I saved...pls all before book the bus check the ratings, after that incident only I saw that SMS Bus review I shocked..very very low rating.
