Booked a bus to Chennai from Bangalore at the last moment and since I could find no tickets via RedBus, I downloaded AbhiBus for the first time. Saw tickets available in ‘Mohan Travels’ which I have never heard off. When I chose the ticket, it was quoted as INR 2, 300 and since I had no other option I went ahead with it. I was not at all comfortable at this outrageous price exploitation, but had no option hence made peace with it.
This was my first booking through AbhiBus. I reached the boarding point and as my time arrived at my boarding place, I call the bus operator from ‘Mohan Travels’ who casually informs that the bus has a break down and I will get a refund.
I call AbhiBus who informs me that I will get a refund in 5-7 business days. 5-7 business days????? Will you give a ticket and take payment after 5-7 days????
I go to check ticket availability in another travel agency and there I get to know that Mohan Travels have changed the Chennai route scheduled today to Coimbatore due to higher demand there!!! Outrageously unprofessional and heartless behaviour!!!
