Today 30th Oct 2024. Booked my ticket from Banglore to Hyderabad Bus No: NL05B 3555 departure time 9 pm at TIN factory. The bus late by 45 minutes almost. I called on the provided numbers for 10 times, the bus came but didn't stop to board me. I immediately phoned and said the bus didn't stop to board me. He said I will put a request for refund. He didn't even say sorry and kept arguing with me. He was blaming me that I was drunk. Let me see if Jagan travels will call me to finfout the situation. The cleaner who came to best me was wearing Ayyappa maala.He refused to give his name.
