Very bad and totally non-responsive customer-support! Totally incapable for tech-support!
I applied for Static IP, more than 3 weeks ago, paying money in advance! Still they just couldn't provide Static IP to me! They just don't know, what's going wrong!
You seldom get replies to your emails, sent to customer-service! If you call them, they take 10s of minutes to talk to you. When they talk, you find a totally incapable person, trying to resolve your technical problem!
They just suck!
