Cheated by builder

Review on Aatmiya Nilkanth Greens, Kalali, Vadodara

The builder has made a lot of changes in the layout of the society which was told to us in 2017, which is as follows -

1. In the Entrance of the Society, permission has been taken to construct two commercial buildings on the right and left.

   
   




2. Earlier 3 BHK was only till the 4th floor but now it has been extended to the 8th floor.

   
   




3. Two buildings of 2 BHK were to be built on the backside of the Society, but now the builder is in the process to build 3 buildings.

   
   

The society has filed a complaint with RERA.

The builder has increased the no of flats but he did not increase the amenities of society for example:- water tank, swimming pool, clubhouse, Roads, guest parking etc.
