They basically work as marketing agents and claim that they have partnerships with developers. One of the layouts which they marketed was Kemp City in Chandapura. The things they promised were Sophisticated club house with swimming pool, round the clock security, sewage treatment plant, Jogging tracks, Children's play area, Meditation hall.

If you go today, none of this is in place. There is not even a proper demarcation of lands. When you question Aashritha properties, they still keep saying it will be done. Same reply for the past 7 years and nothing on the ground. If you ask them sternly, they expect you to contact the builder than question them.
