I happened to see this movie'Akasamantha' recently on Television. I stopped watching movies from the past few years as most of the movies have no story and will have some nonsense fights, unnecessary violence, meaningless songs and dances, vulgar comedy, undue importance to hero, over exposing by heroine, heavy budgets, shooting in foreign countries though the story doesn't demand etc etc and the end product is a junk movie that will waste our money and time. I would say 95 telugu films out of 100 released belong to this category.
But I liked this movie. There is no great story in the movie. It just shows us the attachment a father has to his daughter and the care he takes to raise his kid and how he feels when his daughter starts taking her own decisions. The narration was excellent with some sensible comedy, situation songs in a decent budget. The star cast was very apt. Prakash Raj's performance was excellent as always.
Over all its a very good movie and one should watch it.
