Hello,
I used to prioritize Aadya motors to get my Fiat Linea serviced / repaired. On this fateful day, I had opted for vehicle pickup from my residence as it had broken down. While Aadya was prompt in sending their personnel to pick the vehicle, my wife had forgotten to remove my expensive sun glasses from the car before handing it over to them. She remembered in 10 minutes after they left and called them to retain it with the work shop. They immediately said that the glasses were not there. How can the glasses vanish which the previous day had been kept in the arm rest of the car? I did complain to the workshop people immediately. After enquiry they also came back and said that the glasses are not in the car.
In my email, I had marked Fiat customer care as well. But it didn't help.
Due to the cheating mindset of this workshop, I lost an expensive(6, 000 Rupees) glasses. Regret for using services from this workshop. I vowed never to buy or get anything repaired / serviced from this workshop.
Guys, please be extremely careful when you deal with these cheaters.
